My first Blog

Hello everybody. While I’m sitting home on the couch, I got to thinking I wanted to do something that will motivate me while also hoping to motivate others. Two years ago, I really got into fitness and worked out 6 days a week about 3 hours each day.

I had worked very hard to get where I was at the time. Then life started to change almost overnight. I went from working part time at night to working full time early mornings. My whole routine was over and was having a hard time getting a new routine going because all of the gym classes I was taking was only available I’m the mornings. Then a month after that my now ex had broken up with me and his female friends kept messaging me how I was ruining his life. Any how, 2 years later I still haven’t really gotten back to a routine between stress and now a virus that shut down the gyms. But no more… I am going to get control and get my life and routine back and I’m going to take you along.

Now I’m not totally in bad shape. I will be working on getting toned again and gain strength back. Now currently we are fighting a lot of things right now. The Virus has shut gyms down and in my state they won’t be opening to possible the end of June. So I will be doing all my workouts at home with little to no equipment. I will have each written out so you can hopefully get inspired as well and follow along with me or even give me some helpful tips along the way.
